WIKINDX Resource/Database Matrix

Mapping of WIKINDX resource types across database tables and fields.

1/ Fields in `WKX_resource` are of type VARCHAR(255).
2/ Fields in `WKX_resource_misc` are of type INT(10).
3/ Fields in `WKX_year` are of type VARCHAR(30).
4/ If a resource type uses fields for 'day' and 'month', these must be in the fields 'miscField2' and 'miscField3' as these are hard-coded in the scripts.
5/ If a resource type uses fields for 'minute' and 'hour', these must be in the fields 'miscField1' and 'miscField4' as these are hard-coded in the scripts.
6/ All other fields are quite flexible in their use and mappings are defined in the files core/resource/RESOURCEMAP.php and core/styles/STYLEMAP.php.
7/ A 'collection' is something of which a resource is a part of, for example, a book (containing book_article types), a journal, a CD etc. and each collection in `WKX_collection` is defined by a `collectionType` which provides focussed select boxes of collections when adding or editing resources of a particular type. There is no point displaying a list of journals when prompting the user to input a book title for a book_article resource type. Mappings are defined in core/collection/COLLECTIONMAP.php.
8/ Similarly, `WKX_publisher` has `publisherType` which provides focussed select boxes of publishers when adding/editing resources. Mappings are defined in core/publisher/PUBLISHERMAP.php.
9/ 'book_chapter' requires a numeric 'title' which is the chapter number. NB when inputting a new book_chapter, editing or importing don't check for duplicates on chapter/title.
